Microsoft’s Workplace Advantage (WPA) programme is one of the world’s most admired Agile Workplace programmes, helping to drive more efficient and enjoyable workplaces. It has been running for over a decade and has been responsible for transforming the firm’s existing physical workspaces, as well as creating new environments for showcasing technology. Although the programme is primarily about transforming physical space, it is essential that this works in harmony with both technology and the way in which Microsoft employees need and want to work.
