Dear Diversity Diva:

I understand how important all this diversity stuff is, but really, my company doesn’t need to keep sending me to these diversity workshops. After all, I’m Jewish and my closest friend on the church softball team has a Jamaican mother and a Chinese father. I’ve learned tons from her so now I’m sensitive to others. I’m sure you agree, right?
