EVM3 Level 2: Localized/Partial Implementation
A project or organization at EVM3 Level 2 produces earned value management data at the total project level that reflect the project’s overall cost and schedule health. The organization performs formal configuration control of the project baseline. Cost data might be in staff-hours or other units analogous to financial units. Control accounts might not be established within the project. Material and subcontract monitoring might not be done. Indirect costs are not likely to be separately budgeted or accumulated.
