Concepts by Chapter

This appendix is an outline of which topics each chapter emphasizes. It is broken down into four separate categories:

  • New topics that are introduced in the book for the first time
  • Topics revisited that are re-introduced or reinforced after already being defined in an earlier chapter
  • Real-world examples that show the connection from the game world to the real world
  • General discussion topics that are not explicitly mentioned in the chapter but form the basis for questions that can further explore important economic, business, and ethical ideas

For all of these categories, there is a mix of basic definitions, individual decisions, firm decisions, and regulator/creator decisions.
