Simon Bishop

Finding a reel-to-reel tape recorder under the family piano some 30 years ago began a fascination with sound recording which continues to this day. On leaving school Simon worked in the sound department for a film company making corporate films, moving on three years later to work as a freelancer. Twenty years later, and still working freelance, Simon works mostly with TV drama and feature films, though he also shoots documentaries, corporates and commercials. Recent credits include Auf Wiedersehen Pet for BBC1, Life Begins for Granada TV and some UK shooting on Star Wars: Episode II, The Attack of the Clones. Sb@simonbishop.com
