As you craft every section of your résumé, think about the receiver of your sales message so that your skills and experience—your unique story—can be easily and rapidly understood.

GOAL SECTION?

The only people who need a Goal section on their résumés are those who are changing careers. If you are not changi ng careers, do not include a Goal section. If you are changing careers, then give the goal a lot of thought because this (brief!) item must clearly state your intent to transition from your past work experience to your desired work experience.
