Chapter 7LOVING ELEPHANTS
Imagine for a moment that you are the leader of a team of managers. You walk into the meeting room and ask the members of your team to help you identify all the conflicts that need to be talked about and are currently not being confronted.
What do you think would happen? Would they look down? Would they look at one another, waiting for someone to answer your question? Would they make eye contact with you? If they did, what do you imagine you would see in their eyes? Would they tell you that there are no unspoken conflicts? Or, would they begin talking about issues that really matter?
