WHAT YOU’LL SEE FOR EACH ACTIVITY
Each activity is organized consistently so that you can easily follow and compare them. Each activity includes the following categories, which will help you understand and effectively implement the activities.
Prerequisite and Companion Activities
Some activities have the graphic shown in Figure 3-1 to designate that it must be paired with a prerequisite activity. Other activities pair particularly well, even though there is no requirement to use them together. For activities that complement one another, the trainer or coach will see the graphic shown in Figure 3-2 at the header. Most activities do not have pre-requisite or companion designation.
