Especially in the context of a nonunion operation, it is a good idea once a year to require each employee to complete a review of the company. Each employee should complete, sign, and date a form that asks questions like the following:
What do you like about your job?
What do you dislike about your job?
Has your supervisor provided you with the necessary assistance to do your job properly? If not, please explain.
Do you get along with your coworkers and do they get along with you? If not, please explain.
Has any supervisor or coworker discriminated against you? If so, please explain.
Has any supervisor or coworker harassed or intimidated you? If so, please explain.
Has the company or your supervisor treated you unfairly? ...
