Get centered in yourself. We all have to contend with the fact that other people may make assumptions about us based on a whole host of markers we use to sort each other into categories, such as race, gender, age, religion, level of physical ability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, accent, class, weight, education, nationality, and so on. It is up to you whether you give power to these assumptions to trigger your self-doubt or work to remain rooted in your knowledge of yourself and your authentic self-confidence.
