This book is the fruit of many people’s labor. First I must thank my friend, colleague, and co-author Heather R. Wishik. For nearly twenty years, we have worked together consulting, conducting research, writing cases, and teaching about diversity and global leadership. Much of the insight for this book is the product of our many collaborations and conversations about what we were learning in our work and in our lives as we crossed boundaries of difference.
