THE 10 STEPS FOR LIVING LIFE IN THE ZONE

How to get into the zone:

  1. Begin the morning by clearing away any mental chatter, energising your body; then create how you want the day to go.
  2. Once you get to work, start the workday with a bang by focusing on what you would like to achieve by the end of the day.
  3. Use intentions: create an intention for each piece of work that you do. Work in concentration ‘bursts’ to help you.
  4. Maintain momentum by minimising distractions and managing energy.
  5. Take your breaks, especially lunch.
  6. Remember to perk up your energy when you need to.
  7. Keep the last hour of your day to focus on completing work and leaving.
