USING STRUCTURES

A structure can be used in any area of your life or for a specific goal. We will look at some examples.

The first step is to define your goal. For example, lose half a stone in two months.

Next answer these questions:

  • Timetable: When are you going to do it? What days and what times? Are there any adjustments to be made?
  • Environment: Where is the best place to do it? Do you need to make any modifications to your environment?
  • Commitments or agreements: Are there any commitments or agreements you have already in place or can you put some in place?
  • People: Are there any other people involved?
