Having explored the question of what workers want in the previous chapter, we now address the obvious business question: so what? Simply put, what does employee enthusiasm have to do with business success? Because, from the organizations’ perspective, unless there is a connection between what workers want and the business results that organizations need, there is little reason to pursue the subject.
