45. USING THE LIQUIFY TOOLS
THERE ARE NO Photoshop tools that cause more controversy than the Liquify tools. These are the tools that are used in a lot of magazine articles to transform pictures entirely. So I’m going to give you an overview of how these tools work, and let you decide on how you want to work with them.
Open the Liquify filter by going to Filter > Liquify. You will be presented with a series of tools on the left side of the window and some panel options on the right.
