We all know that person who takes over the room as soon as he or she walks in. We all want to be that person, but many of us aren’t sure how to execute the attitude! You are overflowing with great ideas, but somehow they don’t ever seem to get past the idea stage. Sure, imagining things is fun. It’s exciting to come up with fresh ideas, and it is a gift when you can do that. Following through, on the other hand, to execute those great ideas, is a learned skill.
