Listen, I don't play with my hair, and I don't play with my purses.

Well, you never play, and I'm so happy you're here today. You were the first to respond to my invite to chat about this, so let's just open up with what equity mindset means to you and what does that mean for you as an individual and for communities that you support?

Dominique:

You know, I bring a couple of thoughts and perspectives as a former executive director, who ran a multimillion‐dollar national nonprofit, having a staff of 25 across the country with most of that growth happening in the pandemic. I'm also thinking about that question from the perspective of being someone who was formerly incarcerated and needed access to employment that would position me to be successful in a multi‐definition approach of success.
