The kernel does not attempt to provide all possible guidance to teams—just the essence. Thus, for inexperienced team members, further guidance is needed. Zooming in is about providing the details that inexperienced team members might need. Zooming in is also necessary in larger organizations where team members, more often than not, have different backgrounds and experiences. In such cases, team members, even though they have experience, need further details to ensure that they have a common understanding of how they should conduct development.
