21. Agile Working with Methods

To be successful you need to be agile, light, and lean in everything you do when working with methods. This doesn’t mean you must choose an agile way of working. Rather, it means you must be lean in how you build and adapt your method. When you develop software, you learn new things all the time, and you can improve how you work based on that experience.

The agile movement in the early twenty-first century drew attention to the value of people and teams. It emphasized customer involvement and customer satisfaction and the need to continually evaluate and improve the way the team works.
