The Basics of Leading
Starting out as a supervisor, you are probably excited, but may feel slightly overwhelmed. Settling into a new job is always difficult, but taking on a job with new management responsibilities is an additional challenge. To learn to be a leader, you need to grasp on some basic management techniques.
