Stuart Samuelsson’s assistant, Marie Collingwood, called J.C. on his cell phone and said, “Mr. Williams, I’m afraidthat Mr. Samuelsson is not doing very well.”

“I’m sorry to hear that, Marie. What’s wrong?”

“About what?”
