Talent management has a long way to go in many organizations. In researching this book, we interviewed more than 70 senior executives and leading talent experts to better understand what made senior managers more or less effective in this increasingly important area. Executives’ comments show that the state of talent management in major corporations and large businesses needs significant improvement.
