Women must take the lead in asserting the female vision in order for it to have substantive influence in the world. But organizations also need to support women’s ability to share their vision by creating conditions that help women integrate the power of what they see into their daily work.
We suggest four organizational practices that can ease the way. Each is subtle but significant, rooted in a shift of awareness about what resources women require and what barriers still undermine their contribution.
