It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

How to Make the Business Case for Learning Transfer
Introduction
Learning transfer is a gateway that must be passed by all learners before there is any chance of seeing business impact. Increasing learning transfer improves business impact, but deploying strategies to drive learning transfer takes time and money. It requires either new resources or the reallocation of existing resources. Training organizations need to be able to make a business case that justifies investing resources to support learning transfer.
