Congratulations! You’ve been accepted to more than one place, and now you’ve got to choose. If you’ve got the time and the inclination, we do recommend visiting. An on-campus visit not only allows you to make the final gut decision about your preferences, but often allows you to connect with the financial aid office, and possibly appeal for a higher aid award. But before you take that step, you’ve got to look at your aid offers and do the math to figure out what each school will actually cost you.
