HOW TO RESPOND TO I&D IN TIMES OF CHANGE

In these times of mergers, buy-outs, downsizing, campaigns and pandemics that have shaken our world, we can no longer ignore these movements and changes. If such change is left to chance, and organisations are not focusing enough on culture and inclusion, they will lag behind as a business.

A ‘forced change’ is good for the evolution of our society. There may be good reasons for organisations to merge, buy, sell or downsize, but if there is not enough focus put on the culture and inclusion, the deal will fail.
