HOW TO ENGAGE LEADERS

Engaging leaders is critical. It is very typical that leaders will sit up and begin to engage when you talk about the business case, data points and the risk, and also ‘what’s in it for them’.

When I work with leaders, the biggest conversation is: ‘How do I create business growth and bring this I&D topic into every day?’ If you’re not linking I&D to your business strategy, do not bother doing it, as it will be seen as an add-on.
