BRINGING CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS ON THE JOURNEY
In this chapter we will discuss how to bring customers and suppliers on the journey, and how to have conversations enabling your organisation to be more mindful and inclusive of your customers and suppliers.
Customers
The more aware we are of our customers’ diverse needs, the greater the relationship we will build with them. It is obvious that a great way to treat your customers is to build a relationship, but without being mindful of their diverse needs, there may be blind spots that prevent you from growing the relationship.
