Chapter 16. Team-Spirit Key #5: Rewards and Recognition

The last of the five keys for developing team spirit is rewarding and recognizing teams for the valuable contributions they have made. When teams get rewarded for achieving their goals and working well together, they keep up their high-performance levels. When they do not get rewarded, the quantity and/or quality of their work products decline.
