Magazines and the Internet are crammed full of retailers trying to sell you the latest bit of flash lighting equipment that they claim is guaranteed to transform your image-making. Much of the equipment on offer is great and can have a real impact on your photos, but you don’t need it all at once and chances are you may already own enough to start your voyage into using off-camera flash.
