2 Are You Ready for Forever?

If I were advising your organization, I would start by asking many questions to assess where you are now. I would want to understand what you’re doing well and where there are gaps.

First, I’d ascertain how close you are to being a Membership Economy company right now. Do you have any kind of subscription offering? Do you have anything labeled a membership? Or a loyalty program? These are obvious starting points, but pricing a subscription or having an offering called a membership doesn’t mean you are thoughtfully nurturing long-term relationships with the people you serve or maximizing customer lifetime value (CLV):
