Chapter 7The Why
Why do we fail at doing it right the first time? Why do we fail at understanding how we can adjust based on our needs and still follow the intent? Why do we find people going off into left field and never get close to what was expected? It is most important for people to understand “the why” they are doing something. Think about a soldier walking onto a battlefield and not understanding the real reason they should be there and why they should do battle. If they have a greater purpose and meaning to win than to just survive, the more they might put into the battle.
