Marketing and finding clients

In this chapter I’m going to explore the ways in which you can find clients.

Before you can sell, your clients must know about you and your services. There may be billions of individuals in the world, but only a small proportion are potential clients for you. On top of this, there are millions of other businesses trying to sell to them. Everyone’s lives are full of people trying to grab their attention and convince them to spend some of their money. It can seem an impossible task to find the individuals who might be good clients for you, and to get them to focus on you. How do you raise clients’ awareness about what you do in a way that they will listen to?
