Running your first engagement
For a long time, I have been an avid runner and a walker. A day without either a run or a walk always feels to me like an unsatisfactory sort of day. Part of the reason I like these activities is that all I need to do is put on my trainers, go outside and start. They are hassle free and easy, and as long as I am somewhere I can, come rain or shine, I will go outside for a run or a walk every day.
