In a digital organization, stakeholders put a lot of trust into their full stack team’s ability to make the right decisions, and into the approach they take to developing software. However, as Spider-Man’s Uncle Ben said, with great power, comes great responsibility. When a team has control over how it builds software, what gets built, and when it deploys, the team should also take responsibility for how that software runs in production.
