How We Got Here

In the previous chapters, we looked at the top 20 categories of traditional media marketing. We then combined them with the 20 categories of digital-social media marketing to create a huge Wheel that represents everything we can do in marketing today.

However, we found that the number of options presented by the combined tools Wheel was just too overwhelming for even the most ambi tious of us. We realized that we needed to pare down the number of categories.
