I am constantly reminded by my clients and conference attendees how much they need to better understand the importance of the “sales funnel.”
The sales funnel is a graphic representation of what goes on in the minds of repeat customers and prospects as they go through the buying cycle, from first becoming aware that they may need your product or service right down to the moment when they decide to purchase it.
