Shift 3: Onsite to Hybrid Working

Working remotely in some form is here to stay. Most likely, work will continue in a hybrid manner.

Kristof works directly with Sven and others, who are field staff and considered “essential workers.” So, they were never sent to work remotely. Kristof, on the other hand, can work remotely most days.

In July, the company’s busiest month, remote workers were called back to the office. Kristof’s schedule turned into a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a few days in the office and a few days remote.
