You must first fully master fundamental and technical analysis. Do not forget that. You must have these basic skills.
Having talked to amateur traders all over the world, I find that most traders with six months of experience are pretty good at technical analysis. Often they have purchased a couple of books and DVDs, or perhaps even a few PDFs off of eBay auctions (www.ebay.com/fxbootcamp
is our link). They have found tons of great, and often free, resources such as live webinars at FXstreet.com
. In any case, most new traders have made some effort to educate themselves. However, they still are not finding success. Why?
Were the books, videos, and expert webinars wrong? Not likely. The missing pieces are psychological and emotional. That is one reason why FX Bootcamp is so powerful. It’s live and we can discuss this aspect of trading on a daily basis; it’s human to human interaction. A DVD or book simply can’t do that. Books and videos can teach you how to do the analysis; only another trader can teach you how to trade.
