TAKE A MENTAL JUMP, and assume you’ve held your Work-Out. Let’s assume everything went well….
Now the Town Meeting is winding down, and you’ve approved an ambitious list of actions and recommendations. Everyone is astonished at the number and quality of the improvement ideas put forward. The team leaders who led the discussions and helped shape the recommendations are exhilarated that their ideas have been approved. The newly appointed recommendation owners are now keen to get past the talk, seize the mandate for change, and get into action.
