Changing the Game

A former executive in the energy industry read an early draft of this book. After finishing it, he told me that his major takeaway was that he questioned what he knew about generations and how his own opinions on generations were influenced by the media. He also told me that he became more aware of this as he read and, as a result, decided to be more deliberate in engaging each person (regardless of generation) as an individual to improve his interactions.
