18. Co-Op Today
Reciprocity, division of labor, identity, and fairness are four interrelated tools that Mother Nature has evolved in us so that each of us can enhance our specialized skills through cooperation—working with others for the common good.
Here are some examples of how to co-op in different situations, several of which I am sure will resonate with you, and some suggestions that might surprise you. Also, keep in mind that if you are in the midst of any of them, and if what you are doing is not working—your solution might be using the genius of your instincts.
