Fomco Group1 is a family business that was established in 2002 in Romania. Over time, the company has developed into a group of six firms, which are active in different fields. The case focuses on the main challenge faced by the HRM department recently, which is the high turnover among newcomers, exploring key causes, as well as the solutions adopted by the company.
