Case Synopsis

This case study explores HRM policies and practices that are designed to manage international employees at the University of Botswana.1 The case provides an assessment of employment laws and their impact on diversity management policies and practices in a university setting. The university relies mainly on employment laws, as it does not have a specific diversity management strategy. The university should develop an HRM strategy to manage its diverse workforce and facilitate ways to communicate with all stakeholders.
