6. Implementing Change
Every change is difficult. It brings resistance, fear, and uncertainty. “Will I still be successful in the new environment? Can I adapt to the new way of working fast enough? Will I like it?” The great ScrumMaster is aware of those factors, creates a safe environment for people affected by the change, and gives them a hand to help them cross the edge of the change.
