BM3.1 Cleat

Sometimes you need a “cleat” to tie off a very light lamp or tag line. You can quickly make your own using the back of the standing set wall. Simply cut a piece of 1 × 3 in. lumber and screw it on the corner section of the 2 × 2 ft. square panels sections.

BM3.2 Prevent marring

A quick way to put feet on a ladder to prevent “Marring.” Simply use paper booties (on most sets). If none is available, use some Duvatyne (a bit costly, but whatever works in a pinch).
