At some point, every visual artist draws. Whether drawing is a daily practice, used to think visually, as preparatory sketches, or as one’s chosen medium of expression, drawing allows you to explore, think, and feel. It may well be the most personal medium—it’s easily autobiographical. It’s also portable, and inexpensive, and seems like a natural extension of one’s hand, eyes, and brain.
