Raid Leadership Is Not Guild Leadership

In my career as a guild leader, I've often felt conflicted about leading raids. I try to lead the guild with a friendly, accepting attitude. I don't want people to feel judged by me. I would like every member to feel like he or she can come to me with a problem or just to chat. I'm not the overbearing type of guild leader who makes excessive demands on his members, who screams and rants, who wants everything done his way.
