The last stage of the life cycle is close out. During the closing stages, the team must maintain their vigilance to ensure the work is completed and it is completed in a timely and efficient manner. It is easy for the good effort of execution to be lost as some team members look forward to the next project and others become demob happy or demob unhappy.
