Amid accelerating change and globalization, companies are increasingly faced with the difficult challenge of developing global and highly mobile leaders. Global nomadic leaders (GNLs) were raised in multiple countries, speak multiple languages, and have moved multiple times. They are global and very comfortable working everywhere and living anywhere. If you ask them where they come from, they hesitate to answer with any specific country.
